About WiseFeedback™

WiseFeedback™ is an evidence-based LearnTech platform built by WYSED Inc. that develops emotionally intelligent feedback capability in leaders at every level. Most leadership training teaches people what good feedback sounds like. Very little of it gives them somewhere safe to actually practise it before the conversation matters. That is the gap WiseFeedback™ closes.

The platform is built on the OFTA™ Framework — Observation, Feeling, Thinking, Action — a structured way for a leader to prepare a real conversation without outsourcing the thinking behind it. Leaders work through role-based scenarios, write their own action step, deliver the feedback, reflect on how it felt, and receive AI-supported coaching against a rubric rather than AI-written feedback on their behalf. Practice is private, confidential, and intended for learning: WiseFeedback™ is not an employee performance evaluation tool.

WiseFeedback™ is for leaders who want to get better at the conversations they currently avoid, and for the people responsible for building that capability across an organization — CHROs, Heads of Leadership Development, and People & Culture leaders who need development that transfers to the workplace rather than ending at the end of a workshop.

The platform is designed in Canada by WYSED Inc., a team of learning designers, researchers, and coaches who have spent years studying how feedback skills are actually built. Our early work with senior leaders across three industry sectors shaped the framework, the rubric, and the deliberate-practice experience inside the platform.
